- Regular Reconciliation;
- Audit management, communicating with External examiners;
- Queensland Law Society engagement;
- Ensuring compliance with requirements relating to Transit Money, managing of Unidentified Deposit, Dormant funds
- Liaising with existing accounts or admin staff involved in Trust Accounting.
- Optimisation of internal procedures to reduce risk of Trust fund regulation non-compliance.
